A membership with the Michigan Association of Registers of Deeds is available to all elected & appointed Registers of Deeds in the State of Michigan. Membership is also extended to their Deputies for an additional fee. Membership is renewed on an annual basis, and dues must be current to continue access to the Members Only portion of the website.

MARD encourages our Associate Members, aka vendors, to join as well.

Retired Registers of Deeds may be eligible for a Free membership, with Association approval.

County Deputy Member - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: March 1st No automatically recurring payments This price is for each Deputy that is registered for your County.

Elected Register, Population 100k-200k - $515.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: March 1st No automatically recurring payments Your 2025 dues are $515.00 if postmarked before February 28, 2025. A $50.00 late fee will be applied after the due date. Remember this fee only covers the Elected Official.

Elected Register, Population 200k & Up - $845.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: March 1st No automatically recurring payments Your 2025 dues are $845.00 if postmarked before February 28. 2025. A $50.00 late fee will be applied after the due date. This fee only covers the Elected Official.

Elected Register, Population 25k & Below - $237.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: March 1st No automatically recurring payments Your 2025 dues are $237.00 if postmarked before February 28, 2025. A $50.00 late fee will be applied after the due date. Remember this fee covers the Elected Official only.

Elected Register, Population 25k-50k - $275.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: March 1st No automatically recurring payments Your 2025 dues are $275.00 if postmarked before February 28, 2025.
